【退換貨安排】
1. 退換貨準則
如有退換貨需求,請於收到商品3天內聯絡客服人員,並提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「聯絡電話」、「退貨商品名稱」、「退貨原因及照片」等資料,客服人員收到後將會協助您進行退換貨。

-客人下單付費後,訂單將不能更改、退款。
-其他付款方法,而想安排退款訂單/部份產品,請客人聯繫我們,我們會按情況安排。
退換貨須知
退換貨商品必須為︰
(一) 與訂單不符的商品;
(二) 非人為所造成的污損、故障。
請保留完整的原始包裝(包括貨品、原裝包裝、包裝袋、包裝盒、說明書、單據及附屬配件)及相關禮品,否則恕不接受退換貨。
如客人要求退貨,而該訂單不屬(一) 與訂單不符的商品;(二) 非人為所造成的污損、故障。客人需支付有關退款的手續費(交易手續費為訂單3%),另外將會收取額外的HKD15的退款手續費。系統會將會扣除相關手績費後原路退返。,否則不為該訂單作出特別處理安排退款。
6. 因主觀原因/個人而引起的退換我們有權不予退換,例如跟色差、想像中不同、感覺不好看、沒需要。
每張訂單只提供一次換貨服務。如客人收貨後,發現有質量問題或有瑕疵的貨品,必須先通知本店客服人員進行相關退貨程序。經本店客服人員確認後方可再包裝方可退回本店。不設退款服務)

為免人為或其他因素影響產品而引致任何誤會,請於收貨後一個工作天內檢查貨品。如有合理原因,需到退貨地址交收
(因保障雙方,能面對面檢查貨品一次,請於三天前預約).
3. 退換貨、維修程序
客人如需退貨更換貨品或維修貨品,需自行攜帶有問題的貨品上維修點
維修點:香港葵芳新都會廣場2座32樓3208室
請客人現場測試貨品是否能正常操作沒有損壞。
*如需郵寄到維修點,請客人自行支付郵寄的運費(來回)
*如有任何爭議,Opresso保留最終決定權。
【Return and Exchange Arrangement】
1. Return and Exchange Policy
If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide "name", "order number", "contact number", "name of returned goods", "reason for return and photos" and other information. Customer service staff will assist you in the return or exchange after receiving it.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. No cancellation/change of order will be accepted after the order is placed. Requests such as changing the delivery method or purchased products will not be entertained.
2. Please check whether the recipient's name, contact number and delivery method are correct before placing an order.
3. After placing an order and completing payment, please check whether you have received the order notification from us at your registered email address.
4. If you have not received the order notification email, please contact our customer service to arrange for it to be resent.
5. If you choose to pick up the goods in store, please wait until you receive the email notification of arrival before going to the store to pick up the goods. Please do not go to the store to pick up the goods on the day of placing the order.
6. If the shipment is returned due to incorrect telephone information, etc., the customer must bear the responsibility and the additional shipping costs incurred, and no refund will be provided.
Before delivery
-Once the customer places an order and pays, the order cannot be changed or refunded.
- If you wish to arrange a refund for an order/partial product using other payment methods, please contact us and we will arrange accordingly.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returned or exchanged items must be:
(1) Goods that do not match the order;
(2) Damage or failure caused by non-human factors.
Please keep the complete original packaging (including the product, original packaging, packaging bag, packaging box, instruction manual, receipt and accessories) and related gifts, otherwise no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If the customer requests a return of the goods, and the order does not include (i) the goods not being in accordance with the order; or (ii) the goods being damaged or faulty due to reasons not caused by human factors. Customers are required to pay the refund handling fee (transaction fee is 3% of the order), and an additional refund handling fee of HKD15 will be charged. The system will deduct the relevant handling fees and then refund the money. Otherwise, no special refund arrangement will be made for the order.
If the product has the following conditions, we will not be able to process an exchange:
1. Returned products that are returned more than 7 days ago or are not part of this return order.
2. Non-new products: If the product is worn, dirty, or damaged by human factors, or the returned product has obvious stains or odors, we have the right not to return or exchange it. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether the product has obvious stains or odors.
3. Incomplete packaging: Complete packaging should include goods, packaging bags, packaging boxes, instructions, and accessories.
4. Processing on the product, such as printing, is not the original product.
5. The packaging is damaged or has other labels that affect secondary sales.
6. We have the right not to accept returns or exchanges due to subjective/personal reasons, such as color difference, different from what you imagined, not looking good, or not needed.
Only one exchange service is provided per order. If the customer finds any quality problems or defects in the goods after receiving them, they must first notify our customer service staff to go through the relevant return procedures. It can only be repacked and returned to our store after confirmation by our customer service staff. No refund service)

*If we are unable to recover the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange of goods.
To avoid any misunderstanding caused by human or other factors affecting the product, please check the goods within one working day after receipt. If there is a reasonable reason, the return address must be delivered
(To protect both parties, you can check the goods face to face once, please make an appointment three days in advance).
3. Return, Exchange and Repair Procedures
If customers need to return, exchange or repair goods, they need to bring the defective goods to the repair point by themselves.

Please test the goods on site to see if they can be operated normally and are not damaged.
* If you need to mail it to the repair point, please pay the shipping fee (round trip) by yourself
*In case of any disputes, Opresso reserves the right of final decision.
