12. Opresso Membership

Member Registration

1. Applicants must be aged 18 or above and Hong Kong residents. They can register as members in their own name.
2. By registering as a member, applicants are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of use set by Opresso.
3. To register as an Opresso member, applicants must provide their full and complete name in both Chinese and English, a valid mobile phone number and email address, birthday, and age group. Refusal to provide the required information may result in our inability to provide all or part of your requested services.
4. Each eligible applicant is only entitled to one membership. If a member is found to have more than one membership at the same time, Opresso reserves the right to cancel any or all of his/her memberships and points earned.
5. Members must ensure that the registration information they provide is true, correct, complete and not misleading or fraudulent.
6. Members must provide up-to-date and valid contact information, including a valid email address and mobile phone number, to ensure Opresso can contact and deliver communications to members. Opresso is not responsible for any failure to deliver communications via email, SMS, phone or other available communication methods.
7. Membership accounts are for personal use only. Members may not use or allow other persons to use their account information, nor may they transfer their membership accounts to others.
8. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their membership account and password. Opresso assumes no responsibility for any use of their membership account by any person (including any third party, whether or not authorized by the member).
9. If any member is found to have misused another person's account, registered for membership or used membership benefits in a dishonest manner, Opresso reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of such person at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

1. Opresso reserves the right to amend, terminate or suspend the Membership Rewards Programme, or to change the details of the Programme at any time without prior notice or compensation.
2. Opresso reserves the right to make the final decision on membership approval and may reject any applicant from becoming a member of the Opresso Membership Programme.
3. Opresso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's membership at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice or compensation if we reasonably believe that you have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
4. We are not responsible for any consequences or losses caused by the malfunction or interruption of electronic and Internet communication channels, networks and equipment communication equipment.
5. All terms and conditions above are subject to interpretation by Opresso. In case of any disputes, Opresso reserves the right of final decision.
6. All terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
