Craft Gin
Kumazawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1896. With the motto "Good sake makes Japan," as the last remaining sake brewery in Shonan, it serves as a cultural center for the region.

This product was released in 2021. This is the first distilled liquor produced by Kumazawa Sake Brewery in 100 years.
The brewery's unique production method is noteworthy. First, they use "kasutori shochu" (rice sake made by re-fermenting ginjo lees) to brew rice wine. As a spice, only juniper berries, which have a woody bitterness and sweetness, are pickled and distilled in three steps.

The core of pure sake is brewed in Miyakojima's hard water, rich in minerals unique to the island, formed by the rise of coral reefs. The MY17 strain, a yeast native to Miyakojima, contains a rich sweetness, resulting in a mellow and pleasant aroma and flavor. The sugarcane molasses is always fresh, as it's readily available within the brewery's reach.
