The most distinctive feature of the ORIGAMI dripper is its 20 equally spaced vertical grooves. These 20 carefully calculated grooves ensure a smooth airflow path between the dripper and the paper. This stabilizes the flow of hot water and supports the barista's ideal extraction.

Compatible with two types of filter bowls: conical and corrugated.
ORIGAMI The dripper is characterized by the ability to use two types of filter paper : conical and corrugated. Depending on the shape of the paper used, the taste of the extracted coffee will differ.
When using the wave method, the coffee grounds are thinner and the hot water takes less time to pass through the grounds, making the extraction more uniform and stable.
If you use a conical type, the coffee powder layer is thicker than the wavy type, and the extraction state of the upper and lower layers of coffee powder will be different. This makes the brewed coffee have a complex and rich flavor.

Even with the same coffee, the flavor of the extracted coffee will differ depending on the type of filter paper. Enjoy the difference in flavor between the cone-shaped and wave-shaped brews.

The ORIGAMI dripper is made of porcelain, a material suitable for brewing coffee. It has high thermal conductivity and heat preservation properties, making it a suitable material for brewing coffee.
