This filter paper is manufactured using a unique "wet crease" process, employing a precise difference in roller speed to create a special single-sided, low-crease structure. The smooth inner side of the filter paper (the slight roughness to the touch is a natural result of the manufacturing process, not wrinkles) allows coffee grounds to adhere tightly, narrowing the water flow channels and allowing hot water sufficient time to remain in the coffee grounds, fully releasing the captivating aroma of light roast coffee; while the outer crease layer ensures that the extracted coffee flows out smoothly.
