This is the first recycled product from the "ReWork" project, made from recycled porcelain that was crushed during the manufacturing process. The ReWork dripper has the same shape as the existing ORIGAMI dripper, but the manufacturing process is very different, using 20% ​​crushed recycled porcelain in its production.

Twenty ribs (grooves) create space between the dripper and the paper, allowing hot water to drain smoothly. While retaining its ability to extract a variety of beverages, the ORIGAMI Dripper's simple, streamlined design gives it a unique "unstable" appearance, achieved through baking a mixture of clay and recycled porcelain. To preserve the unique texture of the pottery, we deliberately leave the piece unglazed, instead giving it a matte finish for a refined look.

*Because ReWork drippers are made from recycled ceramic clay, their size differs slightly from conventional ORIGAMI drippers. They are a few millimeters larger than conventional drippers, but the same paper filter and holder can be used.

When using a wave-shaped coffee machine, the coffee grounds layer is thinner, and the hot water passes through the coffee grounds for a shorter time, thus achieving a more uniform and stable extraction.
When using a cone-shaped espresso machine, the coffee grounds are thicker than those of a wave-shaped espresso machine, resulting in differences in extraction quality between the top and bottom layers.
This gives the extracted coffee a complex and rich flavor.

Even with the same type of coffee, the taste of the brewed coffee can vary depending on the type of paper filter used.
